Grace Ormonde's husband, Yanni hired us to create this tall tiered homage to his wife for her very special birthday. It's covered with vines of green cymbidium orchids, her favorite flower.

I created this cake from a dress I saw in an ad in a bridal magazine. I loved the way that it was just wrapped in satin ribbons with the appliqued flowers.

The sugar work on this cake combines pastel peonies, roses, rosebuds, tulips, sweet peas, dendrobium orchids and cymbidium orchids, a great example of our specialty.

My vision was to simulate the look of silk chantungue with a long wide drape of white rolled fondant edged with gold leaf. Sugarpaste phaleonopsis orchids "tumble" down from the top.

Gina's cake kind of hints at something you might see on the set of "Sex and the City" with the oversized fuscia peonies offset between the two tiers. Her fondant is pale aqua with white polka dots.

This hand-painted coral colored cake has been embroidered with pale peach orchids which serves as the perfect backdrop for her split vine of green cymbidium orchids.

A very classic, but stylish, design made with tinted white chocolate ganache icing. Since Monica's colors were pale green and pink, we added some pale pink roses and periwinkle blue hydrangea to the mix.

Nicole's whole theme was all about lavendar. Notice all of the different shades of lavendar in the sugarpaste hydrangea. Some pink and cream roses and buds were added for balance.

Flowers, flowers and more flowers! Yes, they are all made of sugarpaste!. Everything about Danielle's wedding was very contemporary with lots of crystals and white everywhere. She had peonies, hydrangea, roses, rosebuds, calla lilies, dendrobium orchids, sweet peas and cymbidium orchids, and they all rested between very tall tiers of coconut cake!

Sheryl's cake was designed after her Monique Lhuillier wedding gown. It was fabulous and she looked fabulous in it! The sugarpaste floral appliques were rolled in sanding sugar and applied to pristine white fondant covered in white brush embroidery.

"Have you ever thought about doing a 'purple' cake?" That was Nyela's special request and what Nyela wants, Nyela gets. Brushed embroidered in pale lavendar lilacs, vines and buds, it has a lavendar fondant drape adorned with sugarpaste lilacs, green viburnum and sterling silver roses.
